ORDER ADOPTING JUDICIAL CONFERENCE
TRANSCRIPT FEE RATES
The Judicial Conference of the United States requires that each court adopt
a schedule of per page transcript fees, subject to the maximum rates established
by the Judicial Conference. Effective October 1, 2023, the Middle District of
Florida adopts the transcript fee schedule approved by the Judicial Conference
at its September 2022 session, and any new schedule approved by the Judicial
Conference at any future session without further court order. The current
Judicial Conference transcript fee schedule is available at uscourts.gov. This
order supersedes all prior inconsistent orders.
