ORDER REAPPOINTING NICHOLAS P. MIZELL
AS UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Under 28 U.S.C. § 631, the Board of Judges reappoints Nicholas P. Mizell
as United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Judge
Mizell will reside in the Fort Myers Division and will serve for eight years
beginning July 8, 2027, following the July 7, 2027 expiration of his current
term.
