ORDER OF APPOINTMENT RE: CJA ADVISORY COMMITTEE
An April 14, 2020 Order appointed the members of the Criminal Justice
Act Advisory Committee for the Middle District of Florida for a term that
expires on January 31, 2023. See Amended Order of Appointment (Doc. No.
4), Case No. 8:16-mc-124-SDM (attached).
Effective immediately, Alec Fitzgerald Hall, the Federal Public Defender,
is appointed to the committee for a term that expires on January 31, 2023,
succeeding James T. Skuthan.
In addition, effective immediately, Grady Charles Irvin, Jr., 507 W. Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Suite B, Plant City, Florida 33563, is appointed
to the committee and is designated the CJA Panel Representative, for a term
that expires on January 31, 2023, succeeding Lori D. Palmieri.
