AS UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Under 28 U.S.C. § 631, the Board of Judges appoints Lindsay Saxe
Griffin as United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida,
as affirmed by the oath of office administered by United States District Judge
Steven D. Merryday in open court on October 3, 2024. Judge Griffin will reside
in the Tampa Division and will serve for eight years beginning October 3, 2024.
