STANDING ORDER ON
MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL SECURITY CASES
In light of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Supplemental Rules for
Social Security Actions Under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), which will become effective
on December 1, 2022, the Court’s previous Standing Order on Management of
Social Security Cases (Doc. 43) will terminate and not be applicable to any
social security cases filed on or after December 1, 2022.
