Under 28 U.S.C. § 631, the Board of Judges appoints Kevin R. Huguelet as
United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida, as affirmed
by the oath of office administered by United States District Judge Sheri P.
Chappell in open court on May 4, 2026. Judge Huguelet will reside in the Fort
Myers Division and will serve for eight years beginning May 4, 2026.
