AS UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Under 28 U.S.C. § 631, the Board of Judges appoints Kyle C. Dudek as
United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida, as affirmed
by the oath of office administered by United States District Judge Sheri Polster
Chappell in open court on July 1, 2022. Judge Dudek will reside in the Fort
Myers Division and will serve for eight years beginning July 1, 2022.
