ORDER
WHEREAS, by Order dated June 8, 2011, the Court vacated its Order of September 15,
2004, which established procedures to govern the appointment of Special Masters in intellectual
property cases; and
WHEREAS, the Court expanded the purpose of the panel to assist in complex civil cases;
and
WHEREAS, the Court established new procedures for the appointment and utilization of
these special masters and, subject to the exercise of the Court's discretion, established a fixed
term of service;

NOW, THEREFORE, this:J.- day of_~_~_-=-_ _, 2012, it is hereby ordered that
the following individuals are appointed for the specified terms:
(a) Charlene D. Davis, Esquire (term ends January 31, 2016);
(b) Paul M. Lukoff, Esquire (term ends January 31, 2016); and
(c) Allen M. Terrell, Jr., Esquire (term ends January 31, 2016)
