PROCEDURES TO GOVERN THE
APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL
MASTERS TO HEAR DISCOVERY
DISPUTES IN INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY CASES
ORDER
WHEREAS, by Order dated September 15,2004, the Court established procedures
to govern the appointment of Special Masters in intellectual property cases; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Order provided, inter alia, that the Judges of the Court
shall designate a panel of Special Masters whose members will serve at the pleasure of
the Judges of the Court; and
WHEREAS, the Court has determined that it is appropriate to form a new Panel;
NOW THEREFORE, at Wilmington this~l day of July, 2010, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that effective immediately a new panel is established consisting of the
following members:
(1) Vincent J. Poppiti
(2) David A. White
(3) Louis C. Bechtle
(4) B. Wilson Redfearn
(5) Richard K. Herrmann
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Poppiti shall continue to serve as the
Liaison of the Panel to the Clerk of the Court.
