WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists for the position of full-time United States
Magistrate Judge for the District of Delaware;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of28 U.S.C. § 631 and § 3.02 of the
Regulations ofthe Judicial Conference of the United Slates,
IT IS ORDERED that:
