OF SPECIAL MASTERS IN COMPLEX
CIVIL CASES
ORDER
WHEREAS, the terms of three members of the Special Masters Panel expired on
December 31,2014;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Court's Order of December 4, 2014, the Court posted a
notice on the Court's website seeking attorneys interested in serving on the Special Masters
Panel;
WHEREAS, the deadline for submissions of interest was December 19,2014;

NOW, THEREFORE, this:)3 day of January 2015, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that
the following individuals are appointed for the specified terms:
(a) Yvonne Takvorian Saville, Esquire (term ends December 31,2018);
(b) Charles H. Toliver, IV, Esquire (term ends December 31,2018); and
(c) David A. White, Esquire (term ends December 31, 2018).
