ORDER REAPPOINTING UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Having considered the repoti and recommendations to the United States District Court by
the Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel dated August 7, 2025, we, the United States District
Judges for the District of Connecticut, do hereby reappoint ROBERT M. SPECTOR to an
additional eight-year term as a full -time Magistrate Judge for the District of Connecticut, pursuant
to the United States Magistrate Act, 28 U.S.C. § 631, et seq., and standards and procedures
promulgated by the Judicial Conference of the United States. This reappointment order shall be
effective immediately upon the expiration of Magistrate Judge Spector's current term on April 30,
2026, and the compensation of the Magistrate Judge shall continue to be that fixed by the Judicial
Conference pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 634, as amended.
