ORDER APPOINTING UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Having considered the report and recommendation to the United States Court by the
Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel, we the active United States District Judges for the
District of Connecticut, pursuant to the United States Magistrate Act, 28, U.S.C., §631, et seq.,
as amended, and regulations promulgated by the Judicial Conference of the United States, do
hereby appoint ROBERT M. SPECTOR as a full-time Magistrate Judge for the District of
Connecticut, with headquarters and official duty station at New Haven, Connecticut, effective
May 1, 2018, The compensation of the magistrate judge appointed hereby shall be that fixed by
the Judicial Conference pursuant to 28 U.S.C., §634, as amended.
