ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER OF REFERRAL
There are now pending in the District of Connecticut numerous civil cases in which the
Town of Enfield, et al, is a named defendant. In the interest of justice, it has been determined
that a global settlement effort among all the parties in these cases should take place before one
magistrate judge in this District. Accordingly, the undersigned hereby directs that the Clerk of
Court refer the following civil cases to Magistrate Judge Sarah A.L. Merriam for the purpose of
conducting a global settlement conference.
