STANDING ORDER ON THE DISBURSEMENT OF
RESTITUTION PAYMENTS BY THE CLERK OF COURT
In accordance with the standard form of Restitution Order approved and adopted by this
Court, as amended from time to time, the instant Standing Order on the Disbursement of
Restitution Payments by the Clerk of Court applies in any case where a Defendant has been
ordered to pay restitution pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 3663 or 3663A, and in accordance with the
procedure in § 3664.
The Clerk's Office shall distribute restitution payments to the victim(s) identified in
Schedule A of a Restitution Order when the total available balance in the case ledger of the
Defendant equals or exceeds $25.00. Due to the administrative costs associated with
distributing payments, absent court order, no payment shall be distributed when the available
balance falls below $25.00, unless it is the final payment.
