STANDING ORDER RE: IMPLEMENTATION OF NEXTGEN CM/ECF VERSI
CM/ECF efiling for the District of Connecticut will suspend operations on Friday,
May 26, 2023 at noon when the upgrade to NextGen CM/ECF Version 1. 7 begins. No
Notices of Electronic Filing will issue after Friday May 26, 2023 at noon until NextGen
CM/ECF Version 1.7 becomes operational. An extension for electronic filing will be
granted for all documents due between Friday, May 26, 2023 at 12:01 p.m. and Monday,
May 29, 2023 at 11 :59 p.m. All such documents must be efiled no later than midnight,
Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
Documents with special circumstances will be accepted via email to
[email protected]. These documents will be limited to those with a statute
of limitations deadline, emergency injunctive relief, and notices of appeal. Documents
submitted by e-mail will be deemed filed as of the date they were received, and will be
entered on the docket by the Clerk's Office as soon as practical.
Information will be posted on our website notifying the public when NextGen
CM/ECF Version 1 .7 is operational.
