IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTMENT DISTRICT COURT
TO THE DISCIPLINARY PANEL GENERAL ORDER 2026-1
Under D.C.COLO.LAttyR 6(a), the Chief Judge of the District Court appoints judicial
officers to the Disciplinary Panel of the Court. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that the undersigned is appointed to join District Judge Regina M.
Rodriguez and District Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney as a member of the Disciplinary Panel,
replacing District Judge Philip A. Brimmer. It is further
ORDERED that the Court thanks Judge Brimmer for his many years of service on the
Disciplinary Panel.
