MAGISTRATE JUDGE IN THE 2019-3
PUEBLO JURY DIVISION (JD4)
The Court previously approved a Pilot Program which authorized a full-time magistrate
judge to be located in the Pueblo jury division (JD4) beginning on or after January 1, 2018. The
Pilot Program was intended and designed to provide increased services to those who reside in
southeast Colorado. Having now established the efficacy of doing so, the Court approves the
location of a full-time magistrate judge in the Pueblo jury division (JD4).
