If the filings or actions in a case do not trigger the application of these Patent Local Rules, as soon as any
party ascertains that circumstances exist to make applications of these Patent Local Rules appropriate to
the case, that party should notify the assigned magistrate judge so the matter may be scheduled for a Case
Management Conference.
