GENERAL ORDER NO. 52
COLLATERAL FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 58(d)(1) and
Criminal Local Rule 58-3, IT IS ORDERED that effective January 1,
2010, the attached schedule is adopted as the list of offenses
for which collateral may be posted in the amounts fixed, by
persons charged with those offenses who prefer to post and
forfeit bail in lieu of appearing to answer a citation. It is
further ORDERED that the attached schedule supersedes all
previous schedules. The Clerk is ORDERED to disseminate a copy
of this Order and the revised schedule to each federal law
enforcement agency within the District.
