(2) all admissions and stipulations not recited in the pretrial order; and
(3) a summary of points of law, including reasonably anticipated
disputes concerning admissibility of evidence, legal arguments, and citations of authority
in support thereof.
(b) Responding Briefs. Although not required to do so, opposing counsel may
file and serve on all other parties an answering brief within the time set by the Court but
not less than seven (7) days before trial; provided, however, that as to any evidentiary
questions raised in a trial brief by one party and not also addressed in the opposing party's
opening brief, a brief shall be filed and served by the opposing party on those questions
at least seven (7) days before trial.
