16 Upon recommendation of the Executive Committee and with the concurrence of
17 a majority of all the District Judges of the Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 631, the
18 Federal Magistrate Act of 1979 (Pub. L. No. 96-82), and the standards and procedures
19 promulgated by the Judicial Conference of the United States,
20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Anna Y. Park be, and hereby is, appointed as a
21 Full-Time United States Magistrate Judge for the Central District of California for the
22 full term of eight (8) years from the date of such appointment.
23 Said term of Anna Y. Park shall commence upon the taking of her oath of office
24 as a United States Magistrate Judge, at the salary fixed by the Judicial Conference of
25 the United States, with her official duty station being designated at Los Angeles,
26 California.

1 The Clerk of Court shall cause copies of this order to be entered of record in this
2 Court and forwarded to the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States
3 Courts.
