18 Upon recommendation of a duly appointed Merit Selection Panel, and with the
19 concurrence of a majority of all the District Judges of the Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
20 § 631, the Federal Magistrate Act of 1979 (Pub. L. No. 96-82), and the standards and
21 procedures promulgated by the Judicial Conference of the United States:

23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Autumn D. Spaeth be, and hereby is,
24 reappointed as a Full-Time United States Magistrate Judge for the Central District of
25 California for a term of eight years beginning June 15, 2026. Magistrate Judge
26 Spaeth’s official duty station shall be designated at Santa Ana, California.
