Schedule of Creditors. A schedule of names, addresses and

amounts of claims of all known creditors of the defendant shall be filed by the temporary receiver within five (5) days after appointment of a permanent receiver. If no temporary receiver has been appointed, the defendant shall file that schedule within the same time.
