Service of Document. The attorney whose duty it is to prepare

any document required by L.R. 52-1, 52-2, or 52-4 shall serve a copy on opposing counsel on the same day that the document is lodged with the Court. Alternatively, the attorney preparing the document may present it to opposing counsel for approval as to form before the document is lodged.
