Entry of Documents. Except as otherwise

provided in this L.R. 5-4, the acceptance by the Clerk of a document electronically filed shall constitute entry of that pleading or other document on the docket maintained by the Clerk under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 58, 77, and 79.
