(7) days before trial is scheduled to commence, each party may serve and
file a trial brief which may:
(a) Update the Memorandum of Contentions of Fact and Law by citing
newly decided cases;
(b) Brief such issues as directed by the Court; and
(c) Reply to the Memorandum of Contentions of Fact and Law of any
other party.
