Review by Criminal Duty Judge – Hearing Only If

Ordered. No defendant aggrieved by any order of the Magistrate Judge fixing or modifying bail shall have the right to a hearing before the Criminal Duty Judge on such matter and no such hearing shall be calendared before such Judge unless the Criminal Duty Judge has so ordered.
