13 Devices that may be used for covert recording are prohibited in all publicly-
14 accessible areas of the Sandra Day O’Connor United States Courthouse in Phoenix, the
15 Evo A. DeConcini United States Courthouse in Tucson, the John M. Roll United States
16 Courthouse in Yuma, and all portions of the AWD Professional Building in Flagstaff
17 occupied by the U.S. District Court and U.S. Pretrial Services. Prohibited devices include
18 but are not limited to USB mini voice recorders, camera and voice recorder pens, and
19 smart glasses.
