In accordance with the authority conferred by Title 28 U.S.C. Section 631, et. seq.,

and the further authority granted and action taken by the Judicial Conference of the
18
United States,

IT IS ORDERED that Jacqueline Rateau is reappointed as a full-time United
20
States Magistrate Judge for the District of Arizona, at an annual salary as fixed by the
21
Judicial Conference of the United States, with her official duty station being Tucson,
22
Arizona.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Jacqueline Rateau shall enter upon the
24
performance of her duties at 12:01 a.m., on July 11, 2025, but prior to the commencement
25
of such duties shall take the oath prescribed by Title 28 U.S.C. Sections 453 and 631(g).

Said full-time United States Magistrate Judge shall hold and discharge the duties
27
of her office for a term of eight (8) years from the date of her reappointment subject to
28
the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C. Section 631(c), unless sooner removed.
1 The Clerk of the Court will cause certified copies of this Order to be spread upon
2 the records of this Court and shall forward a certified copy of this Order to the Director of
3 the Administrative Office of the United States Courts as required by Title 28 U.S.C.
4 Section 631(g).
