13 On April 18, 2024, the Judges of this Court voted unanimously to consolidate the
14 United States Probation Office and the United States Pretrial Services Office for the
15 District of Arizona. The office will now be known as the United States Probation and
16 Pretrial Services Office for the District of Arizona.
17 In accordance with the above, the consolidation of the Probation and Pretrial
18 Services Offices are hereby made effective as of June 3, 2024.
19 Copies of this Order will be noticed by the Clerk to Susan Soong, Ninth Circuit
20 Executive; and John J. Fitzgerald, Chief Probation and Pretrial Services Office,
21 Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
