OBSOLETES GENERAL ORDER 24-17

The Court having received and considered comments by the bar and public in
14
response to the proposed amendments, and in accordance with Local Rule of Civil
15
Procedure 83.9, IT IS ORDERED that the 2024-2025 amendments are hereby adopted and
16
incorporated into the Local Rules of Practice for the District of Arizona effective December
17
1, 2025. The newly amended Local Rules will apply to all new cases filed as of December
18
1, 2025, and may apply to pending cases to the extent it is practical and fair.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, based on this order and the amendments to
20
LRCiv 16.1(a), General Order 24-17 is deemed obsolete as of December 1, 2025.
