13 In accordance with the authority conferred by Title 28 U.S.C. Section 631, et seq.,
14 and the further authority granted and action taken by the Judicial Conference of the
15 United States,
16 IT IS ORDERED the Honorable Lori L. Price is appointed as a full time United
17 States Magistrate Judge for the District of Arizona, at an annual salary as fixed by the
18 Judicial Conference of the United States, with her official duty station being Tucson,
19 Arizona.
20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Honorable Lori L. Price shall enter upon the
21 performance of her duties at 12:01 a.m., June 1, 2026, but prior to the commencement of
22 such duties shall take the oath prescribed by Title 28 U.S.C. Sections 453 and 631(g).
23 The Honorable Lori L. Price shall hold and discharge the duties of her office for a
24 term of eight (8) years from the date of her appointment subject to the provisions of Title
25 28 U.S.C. Section 641(c), unless sooner removed.

1 The Clerk of the Court will cause certified copies of this Order to be filed with this
2 Court and shall forward a certified copy of this Order to the Director of the
3 Administrative Office of the United States Courts as required by Title 28 U.S.C. Section
4 631(g).
