GENERAL ORDER NO. 2017-4
Appointment of United States Magistrate Judge Erin L. Wiedemann
In accordance with the authority conferred by 28 U.S.C. § 631 , et seq. and the
further authority granted and action taken by the Judicial Conference of the United
States, it is
ORDERED, all of the Judges concurring, that Erin L. Wiedemann is reappointed
as a full-time United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Arkansas at an
annual salary as fixed by the Judicial Conference of the United States, with her official
duty station being Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The aforesaid Magistrate Judge shall enter upon the performance of her duties at
12:01 a.m. on the 5th day of October 2017, but prior to the commencement of such
duties, she shall take the oath or affirmation prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 453 and 5 U.S.C.
§ 3331 .
Unless sooner removed , the aforesaid Magistrate Judge and successors are to
hold and discharge the duties of the office for a term of eight (8) years from the date of
appointment, subject to the provisions of 28 U.S.C.A. §631 (c) .
