GENERAL ORDER
Whereas Christopher R. Johnson, Clerk of the United States District Court for the
Western District of Arkansas, has resigned as Clerk of Court effective at the close of business on
September 30, 2015, to retire after having served as Clerk of Court since January 1, 1988, so that
a vacancy of office exists,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court appoints DOUGLAS F. YOUNG as Clerk of
the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, to have such designation
and authority effective October 1, 2015, and to hold such position at the pleasure of the Court
and until further order of the Court.
