building operations,maintenance, protectionand alterations,tenantagenciesare
rcquircdto maintaina neatandorderlyofficespaceto minimizetherisk of accidental

cotrectingunsnfeconditionsassociated space,including

for eachtenantunit undertheOccupantEmergency Programfor theWestemDistrict
of Arkansaswill conducthcalthandsafetyinspections of all work sitesin theirunit
periodically,but not less thanouce peryear. Whenever employees areschedulcd to
occupyspacethat hasnot previouslybeenoccupiedby employeesof the court,a
healthandsafetyinspectionwill be conductcdafteroccupancy.
,1 Any unsafcconditionsrelatingto tcnantactivitiesshouldbe resolvedon thc spot,if
possible.Any otherunsafeconditionsshouldbereportcdto GSAor theUnitedStates
PostalService.A recordshouldbemadcof thedateof inspections andanyfindings
of unsafeconditionsduringtbe inspection.A recordshouldalsobe madeof any
reportedunsafcconditions,includingdatesanddocumentation of the actiontaken.
