APPOINTMENT OF MISTEE AARON AS GENERAL ORDER
ACTING CHIEF PROBATION OFFICER NO. 2026-02
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The Court appoints Mistee Aaron as District Court Executive/Clerk of Court, effective
May 4, 2026. In the interim, she shall serve as the Clerk of Court, designee. And,
pursuant to 18 U.S.C. $3602, she is appointed to simultaneously serve as the Acting
Chief Probation Officer of this District, effective today. This designation will remain in
effect until the appointment of a permanent Chief Probation Officer. All delegations of
authority made by me as Chief Judge to the Chief Probation Officer shall remain in
effect until the appointment of a new Chief Probation Oficer.
