Whereas Douglas F. Young, Clerk ofthe United States District Court for the Western District
of Arkansas, has resigned as Clerk of Court effective at the close of business on April 2,2021, to
retire after having served as Clerk of Court since October 1,2015, so that a vacancy of office exists.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court appoints JAMIE GLANI as Clerk of the United
States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, to have such designation and authority
effective April 12,2021, and to hold such position at the pleasure ofthe Court and until further order
of the Court.
