This matter having come before the Co& upon the Court's
motion, and good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the adminfatrative and fiscal
operations of the Central VfolationsXureau of the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Alabama be consolidated
with the Central Violations Bureau of the United States District
court for the Western District of Texas effective May 15, 1988.
It is agreed that such operations of the Central Violations Bureau
for this District be maintained and operated by the United States
District Court for the Western District of Texas, pursuant to the
laws of the United States of America and the general order
pertaining to forfeiture of collateral entered by the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
