ORDER
In accordance with the memorandum opinion entered contemporaneously
herewith, plaintiff’s motion for partial summary judgment (doc. no. 60) is DENIED;
defendant’s motion for summary judgment (doc. no. 56) is GRANTED; and, all of
plaintiff’s claims are dismissed with prejudice.1 Costs are taxed to plaintiff. The
Clerk is directed to close this file.
