ORDER
Before the court is Defendant’s Motion to Declare the Defendant Currently Incompetent to
Stand Trial. (Doc. #65). For the reasons stated in the court’s Findings of Fact and Conclusions of
Law, the court finds Defendant William Merriweather Jr. competent to stand trial. Therefore, it is
hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Defendant’s Motion to Declare the
Defendant Currently Incompetent to Stand Trial is DENIED. By subsequent and separate order this
case will be set for a status conference. The Government’s sealed motion (Doc. #159) is MOOT.
