STANDING ORDER
At the meeting of the Judges of the United States District Court for the Northern District
of Alabama on March 28, 2007, the following directive to the Clerk was adopted:
In determining the amount which may be awarded as costs for the
service of subpoenas the Clerk may allow the actual costs, not to
exceed $25.00 per hour, plus mileage at the standard mileage
reimbursement rate for a privately owned automobile established
by the Internal Revenue Service.
