IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
In accordance with District of Alaska Local Criminal Rule 58.1, the attached
Bail/Forfeiture Schedule for petty offenses and misdemeanors prosecuted by
citation or violation notice, affecting conduct on federal properties administered by
the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Protective Service, is
adopted by the Court.
The Forfeiture Schedule adopted herein is effective immediately and
supersedes MGO 14-04 (dated May 23, 2014).

SECTION VIOLATION FINE IN LIEU OF

.20(a) Refusal to permit inspection of packages, briefcases and $250.00
other containers.
.25(a) Littering. $250.00
.25(b) Damaging or otherwise changing the appearance of Federal $500.00
property.
.25(c) Removing Federal property without proper authority. $500.00
.25(d) Creating any hazard or threat of hazard on Federal property $250.00
to persons or things.
.25(e) Throwing articles of any kind from or at Federal $250.00
property.
.25(f) Climbing on any statue, fountain, or part of a Federal $250.00
facility, or any tree, shrub, or plant on Federal property.
.30 Failure to comply with official signs of a prohibitory, $250.00
regulatory, or directory nature and with the lawful
direction of security personnel.
.35(a) Disorderly conduct, which includes, but is not limited to, $250.00 or
assaulting, fighting, harassing, intimidating, threatening, or Mandatory
other violent behavior, lewd acts, or the inappropriate Appearance
disposal of feces, urine, and other bodily fluid.
.35(b) Wearing a mask, hood, disguise, or device that conceals the $200.00
identity of the wearer when attempting to avoid detection or
identification while violating any Federal, state, or local
law, ordinance, or regulation.
.35(c) Creating a loud or unusual noise, noxious odor, or other $500.00
nuisance.
.35(d) Obstructing the usual use, enjoyment, or access to Federal $500.00
property.

.35(e) Impeding or disrupting the security inspection process $250.00
administered by security personnel, the performance of
official duties by Federal employees, or the ability of the
general public to obtain services provided by the Federal
government.
.35(f) Threatening by any means, including but not limited to by $500.00 or
mail, facsimile, telephone, or electronic communications, to Mandatory
commit any crime of violence. Appearance
.35(g) Bathing, wading, or swimming in or polluting any water $100.00
area.
.35(h) Camping. $100.00
.35(i) Trespassing, entering, or remaining in or upon areas of $250.00
Federal property closed to the public.
.35(j) Consuming tobacco product in all interior space, as well as $100.00
all courtyards, terraces, and plazas within 25 feet of
doorways and air intake ducts.
.35(k) Causing an unmanned aircraft or system to take off or land $250.00
on Federal property without express permission.
.35(l) Using an unmanned aircraft or system to cause interference, $500.00 or
damage, destruction, harm, or hazard to Federal property or Mandatory

.35(m) Tampering with, accessing, damaging, or interfering with $500.00 or
the operation of a computer, digital network, industrial Mandatory
control system or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Appearance
system without proper authorization.
.35(n) Excepting authorized security personnel or sworn law $500.00 or
enforcement officers, wearing, displaying, presenting, or Mandatory
possessing any indicia of law enforcement or security Appearance
authority.
.40 Gambling, operating gambling devices, conducting a lottery $200.00
or pool, or selling or purchasing gambling tickets.
.45(a) Being under the influence of, using, possessing, or operating $500.00 or
a vehicle while under the influence of any controlled Mandatory
substance as defined in 21 U.S.C. 802, 812, 841. Appearance

.50 Consuming, or otherwise being under the influence of $250.00 or
alcoholic beverages, possessing an open container of Mandatory

.55 Soliciting, begging, or demanding gifts, money, goods, or $150.00
services on Federal property.
.60 Posting, affixing, or distributing materials, such as $100.00
pamphlets, handbills, flyers, or free samples on Federal
property.
.65 Photographing or creating video, image, or audio recordings $250.00
of Federal facilities and grounds in a manner that either
impedes or disrupts access to or operations or is in violation
of security regulations, rules, orders, or Federal court order.
.70(a)(1) Failure to drive/operate in a careful and safe manner. $200.00
.70(a)(2) Failure to possess a valid driver’s or operator’s license. $100.00
.70(a)(3) Failure to comply with the lawful signals and directions of $250.00
security personnel (Vehicle Operation).
.70(a)(4) Failure to comply with traffic and safety signals and posted $100.00
signs (Vehicle Operation).
.70(b)(1) Blocking entrances, driveways, walks, loading platforms, $250.00
fire hydrants, docking areas, or other passageways (Vehicle
Operation).
.70(b)(2) Parking on or adjacent to Federal property in unauthorized $100.00
locations, or contrary to the direction of posted signs
(Vehicle Operation).
.75(a) Carrying or possessing a firearm or other dangerous $500.00 or
weapon, as defined by 18 U.S.C. 921 and 930, either openly Mandatory

.75(b) Carrying or possessing explosives or items intended to be $500.00 or
used to fabricate an explosive or incendiary device, either Mandatory
