IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
In accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 83(a), after giving public
notice and an opportunity for comment, the Local Civil and Criminal Rules for the
District of Alaska have been amended for brevity and clarity. The Court now adopts
these revisions effective October 15, 2025. The updated Local Civil and Criminal Rules
are found on the District Court’s website at Local Rules | District of Alaska | United States
District Court.
