The Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) with the electronic file stamp and without the header is sufficient proof of service on registered CM/ECF users; but service on self-represented litigants will need to be done by other means. The court will serve sealed, restricted, and ex parte documents via U.S. mail or, when available, through secured electronic means. Additional Copies of Sealed, Restricted, and Ex Parte Documents. A party with the right to access a sealed, restricted, or ex parte document in a case who requires a copy of such document must file a motion with the court requesting an order for the clerk’s office to provide a paper copy and pay any applicable copy fees. Highly Sensitive Documents (HSDs). Documents that are defined as HSDs will continue to be subject to the court’s HSD procedures in Miscellaneous General Order 21-02. This Order supersedes MGO 25-06, any and all other inconsistent prior court orders, CM/ECF procedure manuals, and local rules. DATED this 6th day of October 2025, at Anchorage, Alaska. /s/ Sharon L.
