MAGISTRATE JUDGE KYLE F. REARDON MISCELLANEOUS GENERAL ORDER
AT ANCHORAGE, ALASKA 21-23
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: KYLE F. REARDON is appointed as full-time
United States Magistrate Judge with chambers in Anchorage, Alaska, at the salary fixed by the
Judicial Conference of the United States.
KYLE F. REARDON will enter upon the performance of his duties on the 20th day of
October 2021.
KYLE F. REARDON will hold and discharge the duties of his office for a term of eight (8)
years from the date of his appointment, subject to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 631, unless sooner
removed.
KYLE F. REARDON will perform the duties prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 636, and is specially
designated to try persons accused of, and to sentence persons convicted of, minor offenses as defined
in 18 U.S.C. § 3401, and to perform such additional duties as may now or hereafter be prescribed or
referred to in the local rules of this court, said duties being under the authority granted by 28 U.S.C.
§ 636, and not inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of the United States.
The Clerk of Court is directed to forward a certified copy of this Order to the Director of the
Administrative Office of the United States Courts as required by 28 U.S.C. §631(h).
