(a) Duty to Answer
If a party is served with more interrogatories than permitted by Fed. R. Civ. P. 33(a)(1),
the responding party must answer or object to all permitted interrogatories in the order
presented.
(b) Response to Excess Interrogatories
The responding party may either answer an excess interrogatory or object by referencing
Fed. R. Civ. P. 33(a)(1).
