-In England, the rolling stock of a railway company cannot be taken in execution, (see Midland Waggon Co. г. Potteries Rail. Co., 6 Q. B. D. 36; see EXECUTION, 27;) and the rolling stock of a railway company, when in use in a manufactory, pier, mine, or similar place belonging to some person or company other than the railway company, cannot be taken in distress for rent payable by the tenant of the manufactory, pier, mine, &c., provided it is s conspicuously marked as belonging the rail railway company. to с. 50.
